We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this site at any time. You are advised to contact us for verification should you wish to rely on any information.

Availability and pricing

All products displayed are subject to availability. Our representative will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or if the item(s) are available to place on order. All prices displayed on ladypoolcycles.co.uk are subject to change without notification. While we make every effort to ensure the prices displayed on the website are correct, prices are not guaranteed to be accurate. Prices and availability quoted on printed material was correct at time of publishing, however is subject to availability and price changes. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, a sales representative will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not. All product prices are inclusive of VAT.

Returns

At Ladypool Cycles we guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to make sure they're in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, should you need to return an item fill out the returns form on our returns page. Privacy

At Ladypool Cycles, we believe that your personal privacy on the internet is important and are committed to keeping your data protected. Our Privacy Policy sets out our current policies and practices that are all in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Promo codes

Ladypool Cycles promo codes are redeemable online only and only one promo code can be used per customer per transaction. We hold the right to change or withdraw a promo code at any time.

In the event that you wish to return an item, refunds will only be given for the total amount paid after the promo code discount was been applied.

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

To buy a gift voucher enter the relevant information into the required fields, enter the value of the voucher and choose a design. Once you have filled in the required information simply click ‘Continue’.

Once you have completed the checkout process the gift voucher will be emailed to the email address supplied at checkout. The voucher can then be easily emailed as an instant gift or printed out and given as a present.

How do I use my gift voucher?

In the basket where it says ‘Do you have a gift voucher?’ enter your Voucher code and click ‘Apply’. The discount voucher amount will now appear in your basket, amending your Total Price.

If the voucher value is greater than the basket total then your account will be accredited with the remaining gift voucher balance. This balance will then be deducted from your next order providing you log in with the same email address.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions:

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed online at www.ladypoolcycles.co.uk
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept gift vouchers on phone orders.
• No cash alternative can be provided.
• If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a gift voucher then you will be refunded in gift vouchers to the same value.
• If the gift voucher has been purchased with other items it will only become active once the order has been fully processed and completed. In the event that some of the products are waiting on order, a sales representative will be in touch to see if you require the voucher to be activated prior to the total order being completed.
• If your order consists of only gift vouchers and no additional products then they will be instantly activated once payment has been successfully made.
• Gift vouchers are issued in GB Pounds. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer gift vouchers in alternative currencies.

Website offers and promotions

We may run multiple promotions at any given time. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules which must be met in order to be redeemed in the checkout. In addition to the individual promotion rules the following rules also apply:

• Website offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with existing customer benefits.
• Where a customer is eligible for customer benefits and has a website offer or promotion in the basket, the higher of the two offers will apply.

Complaints

We try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us at [email protected] or write to our business address and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible. We try to acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours.
