Ladypool Cycles confirm's to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for:
• Where the product is not compatible with the product it is to be used with.
• You’ve ordered the wrong things
Exchange will be subject to the goods being unused and original packaging intact and will be returned at the buyers own expense. Returns under these circumstances will also be subject to a £5.00 restocking charge.
All goods purchased from Ladypool Cycles are coved by a full warranty unless otherwise stated. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from Ladypool Cycles has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.
• Goods must be clean and free from soiling
• A full description of the fault must accompany the return
• Goods are returned at your expense
We will try our best to resolve any problem you have.
If we send you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will make an exchange and either pay your postage costs (standard class of mailing) for returning the item or arrange collection dependent on the item concerned.
• Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Goods must be in original packaging.
• Goods must not be fitted or used.

Ladypool Cycles is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Ladypool Cycles is safe. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt.
